Registration closes on August 31, 2023. Thank you for registering early! Middle school class takes place the 2nd Sunday of each month October through April from 1 - 3 pm. Please note that this is parent/child class. At least one parent must be in attendance.

Welcome to Middle School Faith Formation online registration for St. Anne's in Pleasant Prairie, WI! We're so pleased to partner with you in your responsibility to raise your child(ren) in our Catholic Faith! This form serves families with children in middle school (6th - 8th grade). A Kindergarten - 5th grade Faith Formation registration form is also available on our registration page. At this time, a separate registrations submission is needed for each child. Please allow yourself up to 10 minutes for this process, and have your credit card ready before you begin. Those with extreme financial difficulty may call the parish office before continuing. We'll share the fiscal responsibility with those in need. Classes cost $100 to cover materials, heat and air conditioning, etc. Thank you for your regular stewardship gifts in addition to paying for these services.

At this time, we have a need for catechists to teach various grade levels. No teaching experience is required or necessary, only an openness to sharing your unique gifts, the love of Christ, and His teachings with the youth of our parish! You will receive all of the training, guidance, and materials needed to facilitate a successful year of formation classes. Catechists receive 50% off of their children's Faith Formation fees; aides receive 25% off of their children's Faith Formation fees. Please take a moment to indicate your interest in teaching Faith Formation next year.
