St. Anne Middle School Formation Registration

2024 Faith Formation | Middle School

Registration closes on August 31, 2024. Thank you for registering early! Middle school class takes place first three Sundays of each month October through April from 12:45 - 2 pm. Parents are no longer required to attend; however all parents of Faith Formation students will be required to attend monthly teaching by Fr. Bob on the fourth Sunday of the month from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

Welcome to Middle School Faith Formation online registration for St. Anne's in Pleasant Prairie, WI! We're so pleased to partner with you in your responsibility to raise your child(ren) in our Catholic Faith! This form serves families with children in middle school (6th - 8th grade). A Kindergarten - 5th grade Faith Formation registration form is also available on our registration page. At this time, a separate registrations submission is needed for each child. Please allow yourself up to 10 minutes for this process, and have your credit card ready before you begin. Those with extreme financial difficulty may call the parish office before continuing. We'll share the fiscal responsibility with those in need. Classes cost $100 (early bird fee) to cover materials, heat and air conditioning, etc. After June 30th, the fee will be increased to $125. Thank you for your regular stewardship gifts in addition to paying for these services.

Middle School Faith Formation classes take place October through April on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 1 - 3 pm. This is a parent and child class. At least one parent must be in attendance. Please visit our Calendar page to view a tentative 2024/2025 class schedule. Please be aware that the calendar will not be finalized until September.

At this time, we have a need for catechists to teach various grade levels. No teaching experience is required or necessary, only an openness to sharing your unique gifts, the love of Christ, and His teachings with the youth of our parish! You will receive all of the training, guidance, and materials needed to facilitate a successful year of formation classes. Catechists receive 50% off of their children's Faith Formation fees; aides receive 25% off of their children's Faith Formation fees. Please take a moment to indicate your interest in teaching Faith Formation next year.

All checks should be made out to St. Anne Catholic Church with "Faith Formation Fee" written in the memo. No one is denied Sacramental preparation due to an inability to pay. For fee assistance, call the parish office at (262) 942-8300. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed. If you cancel your registration, please consider your fees a donation to St. Anne.
