Wisconsin Catholic Youth Rally (WCYR) Registration Form

This registration form is intended to collect middle and high school participant information for the Wisconsin Catholic Youth Rally (WCYR) which will be held on March 19, 2022 from 10 am - 6 pm at Carroll University. The event fee is $30 per child. A registration form must be completed for each child participating. Transportation will be provided by a First Student charter bus. There is no fee for transportation. Our bus will depart St. Anne Catholic Church at 8:30 am. Thank you in advance for registering your youth for this outstanding, life-giving event!
