As you consider your commitments, consider your gifts, interests and talents. While a minimum of three hours per month of service is suggested, our biggest hope is that you find a ministry you’re passionate about.
- Acolyte: Serving the priest at the altar at Mass
- Altar Servers: Serving the priest at the altar at Mass (for students in 4th grade and above)
- Church Cleaning: Tidying up the worship area
- Church Decorations: Making our worship area beautiful for liturgical seasons
- Communications: Homilies, Gospel reflections, Facebook and Website content
- Confirmation Team: Serving in classroom for Sacramental Preparation
- Faith Formation Team: Teaching the faith in grades preschool through 8th grade
- Golf Outing: Organizing and helping with this annual fundraiser
- Greeter/Usher: Welcoming and guiding people at Mass
- Lawn Care: Cutting and trimming
- Lector: Proclaiming the readings at the ambo at Mass
- Linens and Laundry: Washing and folding church linens, sewing linens and baptismal garments
- Music (Adult Choir, Youth Choir, Worship Cantors, Youth Jam): Serving as a music minister in liturgies (voice or instrument)
- Maintenance and Projects: (as needed)
- Office Help: Data entry, filing, phones
- Outside Plants: Caring for the beauty of the parish grounds
- Prayer Wrap: Knitting and crocheting wraps for the sick
- Scrip: Selling Scrip gift cards before and after Masses, one of the parish’s biggest fundraisers
- Welcome Ministry: Welcome new parishioners, visitors and guests; the 2×2 New Parishioner Mentoring program and information
- Winter Social: Planning and helping with parish’s largest fundraiser
- Youth Ministry Team: Serving the youth in growing together, socially, spiritu- ally and in service
