2025 VBS Volunteer Form

This form is for middle schoolers, high schoolers and adults who would like to volunteer to help with Vacation Bible School (VBS) at St. Anne's in Pleasant Prairie, WI from Monday, July 7 - Friday, July 11th, 2025. Thank you in advance for your service -- your gift of time and talent in this generous act of stewardship is invaluable!
