• I want my youth to participate in the Verso L'Alto Leadership Week in Colorado June 21-28, 2019. I will do my best to enable him or her to attend all team-building meetings.
• I accept the total financial obligation of $800 and will support my child in future fundraising efforts provided by St. Anne.
• I understand and accept the fee schedule: $150 due with registration, $200 due on February 28, 2019 and $200 due on May 1st, 2019 and $250 due June 1st, 2019
• I understand that payments are not refundable after December 31, 2018
