Greetings!
Welcome to Saint Anne -- a Catholic parish known for its warmth, generosity and hospitality. I look forward to seeing you at Mass where, together as a community, we seek to know and love the person of Jesus Christ: in each other, in his Word, and most importantly, in the Eucharist he has given to us, the Bread of Life.
I invite you to browse our website—to learn about our mission of discipleship and how you can become involved in parish life, growing in your faith through your own personal stewardship of Saint Anne. I’d like to touch on three areas that particularly benefit the parish and our families:
Ongoing formation
Whether for your children or for the adults in your family, St. Anne offers an abundance of faith formation programs. Check out the various offerings in the Faith Formation Sections of the website. We also offer daily Mass Tuesday through Saturday at 7 a.m. with Adoration on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and confessions on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30-8:30 a.m. We’ve added a third Adoration time on the vigil of First Fridays, Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. where confessions will also be available. Living a sacramental life brings grace and blessings to the whole family.
Your Participation in Ministry
At every healthy Catholic parish, each member contributes in a unique way to the mission of building of the Body of Christ. I ask you to reflect on the gifts God has given to you, and how these gifts may in turn be given back to support parish life. We are called as followers of Jesus to make parish life compelling, as a place of encounter with God and his people, in particular for those who are visiting or searching. If you are a new parishioner, you are in the best position to participate in our various welcome ministries and commit to passing on that hospitality to those who are new or visiting! I ask that you consider devoting just three hours per month in one of the ministries. Please complete the attached form(s) below indicating your commitment and/or visit our parish office.
Your Financial Giving
I ask you to consider the biblical teaching on tithing, which is an intentional decision to give a set percentage of your financial resources to support the parish and your chosen charities. The word “tithe” comes from a word meaning “a tenth part”. When we are generous with our financial resources through tithing, we can be assured that God will not be slow to bless us. Through the prophet Malachi, God challenges us to “put Him to the test in this”. Only by stepping forward in faith and putting our money where our mouth is, will we ever discover what God has prepared for us, a “good measure, flowing over”. If you cannot give a tenth, I ask you to have an intentional conversation with your spouse, and decide on a percentage that you can give. Please complete the attached form to make your commitment.
We are glad you found our parish, and we pray that you will find parish life here meaningful and blessed. Please contact me at the parish office if there’s anything that I can help with, or send Ellie your questions at This email address is being protected from spambots. God bless,
Fr. Bob
