Our youth ministry program – Quo Vadis – continues to thrive! In fact, some of our graduates from high school and college continue to return to help grow this ministry. The Catholic Church is founded not on an idea but on a person and that person is Jesus Christ! He is fully alive in us and in the Eucharist. It is in the Eucharist where we discover real meaning in our lives; as Catholics, as individuals and as a community of believers. The Eucharist is the “source and summit of the Christian life.” Our youth ministry program challenges and prepares our youth to live out their faith in their hearts, in their homes, at school, in their parish and in their community by actively living out the Gospel.
Our youth ministry program at St. Anne is centered in prayer and worship, continually focusing our eyes, ears, minds and hearts toward Christ and making disciples of our young men and women, equipping them with the tools needed to go and “make some noise” in this world. It is what Jesus did and it worked! There will also be plenty of opportunity for fellowship, socializing, fun activities, laughing, mentoring and outreach. Some activities include:
- Small Group Discussion
- Praise and Worship
- Weekly Messages
- High School Game Nights
- Eucharistic Adoration
- Mission Trips
- Retreats
- Outreach
- Divine Mercy/Rosary Devotions
Currently, our Monday night small group session meets on the alternating weeks of faith formation. Usually, a lesson is included along with plenty of time for social and building new friendships. Click here to register for the fall season. Monday nights are open to High School students only.
