St. Anne’s Introduces “Taste of Spain” — A New Marquee Cultural and Culinary Event for Kenosha & Pleasant

Prairie

Kenosha, WI — St. Anne’s Parish is proud to announce the launch of Taste of Spain, an inaugural premier event

designed to celebrate culture, cuisine, and community in the heart of Kenosha County.

Taking place on September 13th, Taste of Spain is poised to become one of the region’s signature annual experiences,

bringing together parishioners and the wider Kenosha and Pleasant Prairie communities for an evening of exceptional

Spanish-inspired food, entertainment, and hospitality.

Guests will enjoy authentic cuisine prepared by Olde Madrid, live flamenco music and dancers, an olive oil tasting

experience, a homage to the Spanish saints and cultural heritage of Spain, and a live auction featuring exclusive items

and experiences.

With a limited capacity of only 250 attendees, the event is intentionally designed to offer an intimate, high-quality

experience that blends cultural immersion with community connection.

“We wanted to create something truly special—an event that not only celebrates Spanish culture and cuisine, but also

brings people together in a meaningful way,” said Richard Sosa, Director of Marketing for Taste of Spain. “This is

about building community, sharing beauty, and offering an experience that stands out in our region.”

Taste of Spain is expected to attract food enthusiasts, cultural explorers, community leaders, and residents seeking

unique and engaging local experiences. As interest grows, organizers anticipate strong demand for both tickets and

sponsorship opportunities.

Tickets are priced at $100 per person, and due to limited seating, early purchase is strongly encouraged.

In addition to ticket sales, St. Anne’s is currently seeking event sponsors and community partners who wish to be

part of this inaugural celebration. Sponsorship opportunities offer visibility to a highly engaged local audience and

association with one of the newest cultural marquee events in the Kenosha–Pleasant Prairie area.

“This is more than a fundraiser,” Sosa added. “It’s the beginning of something we believe will become a defining

annual event for our community.”
